  • If e Sathi is found to be involved in fraudulent or malpractice activities, his / her ESK ID will be forced to suspend and he / she will no longer be able to trade on the Digital Seba portal.

MOBILE and DTH RECHARGES:

ESK does not provide mobile or dth services and is only a reseller of prepaid services by telecommunications and dth service providers or providers of such prepaid recharges. ESK is not a guarantor, insurer or guarantor of the services to be provided by the service providers. The recharge sold by us to you is sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract. Any dispute regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration or other terms of the purchased Recharge must be dealt with directly between you (or the Recharge Recipient) and the service provider.

BILLPAYMENTS::

ESK reserves the right to charge and recover from the Registered User fees for the use of the Services. These changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the ESK website or on the ESK business partner channel through which you use the Service. You are bound by such reviews, and you should therefore visit the ESK website or check the ESK business partner channel through which you use the Service to check current rates from time to time. If you stop or seek a cancellation of the Payment Instructions, as they have been sent, ESK will be entitled to collect and recover from you and you will be required to pay these fees to the Invoice Payment Service. , as decided by ESK. . These fees will be charged to your designated e-wallet. ESK offers a convenient and secure way to make payments to identified Billers using a valid e-wallet. Depending on the ESK business partner through whom you benefit from the service.

(i) the specific characteristics of the Service may differ

(iii) the type and range of wallet that can be used to issue payment instructions may differ, and

(iv) the ways / devices through which the Service may be accessed may differ; and

(v) fees, charges for the use of the Service or any aspect of the Service may differ. Specific details regarding these issues would be available with your ESK business partner or the channel through which the Service is used. By using the Invoice Payment Service, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you (“Registration Data”), your e-wallet details (“Wallet Data”), your billing issuer details (“Billing Details”), and

• Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data, e-Wallet Data, and Billing Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, or ESK has reasonable grounds for suspecting that such information is inaccurate, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, ESK reserves the right to suspend or close your account and refuse any and any current or future use of the Service (or any part thereof).

If the invoice is not paid for any reason, you will be notified of the failed payment by email.

General Conditions of E-Wallet:

You will be issued a basic account immediately upon successful registration. You can recharge your wallet through any of the Payment Gateways, Paytm or Offline. The ESK wallet is only available to resident Indians who have reached the age of 18 and have the right to contract. ESK reserves the right to suspend / discontinue ESK e-Wallet services for you at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• • For any suspected breach of the rules, regulations, orders, instructions, notices issued by the RBI from time to time or for any breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
• • For any suspected discrepancy in particular, the documentation or registration form provided by you;
• • To combat potential fraud, sabotage, intentional destruction, threat to national security or any other force majeure, etc .;
• • If the same is due to a technical defect, modifications, improvements, variations, relocation, repairs and / or maintenance due to any urgency or for any technical reason.
• • e Sathi must keep a basic wallet amount of Rs 100 in the Digital Seba Portal wallet at any random time.

You are allowed to maintain and use a single ESK e-wallet. Any suspected non-compliance with this requirement will be a valid reason for the suspension / termination of any / all wallets associated with you by ESK.
